Alkmaar Exchange -
Tuesday 23rd March at 7pm, Bath Cricket Club, North Parade
All host families/parents are invited and encouraged to attend a meeting/briefing session between 7pm and 8pm on Tuesday 23rd March at Bath Cricket Club. This meeting will provide the opportunity for you to discover exactly what the hosting entails. The programme of events will be outlined and naturally there will be the opportunity to ask any burning questions you may have.
Should it not be possible for a family representative to attend the meeting, Sue Woolley can be contacted on 01225 319159 (after 6pm) or in person at the Dolphin desk on a Tuesday club night to discuss the planned visit.
