Photography Consent Forms
Some Forms Remain Outstanding
Whilst a good number of photography consent/refusal have been returned from the parents of swimmers under the age of eighteen there are a number of stragglers that remain outstanding.
The new form (a link to an electronic copy is to be found below) was issued this year as part of the documentation sent out with the annual fee notifications and requested parental permission for the taking and use of images of swimmers who are under eighteen years of age. Parents are given the option to either consent or refuse the taking and use of pictures and images for a number of defined uses (newspaper reports, club noticeboard, website, training purposes etc).
It would be most useful if an any parents who have yet to return a form were able to print off a copy, fill it out and return the completed form to the club desk or their child’s coach/teacher asap.
